Research on the pricing of PPP project ABS products based on the right of income of heating

Introduction: The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model has the advantages of enhancing efficiency social infrastructure construction and reducing risk government liabilities, been widely used developed in China. In current securitization PPP project assets, question how to price them is key whether Asset-backed Securities (ABS) products can be issued successfully.
